Fantastic Sams Commercial Interior Construction – Hair Salon Buildout

 CPEX was chosen to build a bright new Fantastic Sams location at the Collection at Forsyth in Cumming, GA.

This landmark lifestyle center is home to many national brands and a preferred destination to many affluent shoppers.  Thus it was critical that this space be built without impact to the peaceful ambiance the shoppers here expect.

Standard procedure in any CPEX project is for everything that possibly can – deliveries, trash pickup, stacks of materials – all has to come and go through the back door as to not impact the shopping experience at the front.  There was only one small problem.  This space did not have a back door!  And it was in a very prominent location at the entrance closest to the busiest highway in the area!

Everything had to be carefully planned in order to not create any mess at the front of the building.  The trash dumpster could not be put near the space, but had to go across the parking lot.  Materials had to be brought inside which met a small work area got even smaller.

Through all the challenges, the hair salon opened on time without any major issues!
