One Family Pediatrics Medical Interior Commercial Construction

One Family Pediatrics (medical) in Cumming, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia was carved out of a cold dark shell on the third floor of a medical building with active medical offices below.

Our client’s lease line had not been established, though was described in the plans. So to prevent any issues, CPEX located and marked the line on the floor and paused until both landlord and tenant had an opportunity to approve its location.

Once the line was approved, we proceeded to build the space.

All the plumbing drain lines had to be installed above the acoustic ceiling in the space below, which required after-hours work.

Work was completed ON TIME and the office opened on schedule!
