Park Place Facade and Exterior Renovation

This facade renovation brought a new look to an old shopping center building in Dunwoody, Georgia! The incoming tenant required a better sign location to improve their visibility from Atlanta’s Perimeter Mall, which is just across the street. So a new thirty-foot high parapet wall was constructed to give an old restaurant space new visibility for the incoming retail store.

The biggest challenge was forming the arch on top of the wall. The framing was a series of metal stud assemblies that would be installed perpendicular to the face of the wall. So the exact height necessary for each frame had to be calculated then precisely cut in order to form the arch.

After an afternoon of installing the frames that we had prebuilt on the ground, the arch took perfect shape!
