T-Mobile Multi Unit Interior Buildout

FOUR new T-Mobile locations in the Atlanta market in FOUR months!  T-Mobile offered a huge incentive to our client for every store opened by a given target date.  

The most intensive of the four had a significant permit delay, and the permit was issued only thirty days prior to the deadline, which gave us approximately half the time scheduled to complete the work.

The space was leased as a cold dark shell, having a dirt floor. This limited the “preparatory” work we could do prior to the permit, since inspections would be required very early in the process.

Knowing that the incentive had to be earned, we reworked the schedule and had a small army working every day to meet the deadline.

We completed our work the afternoon of the deadline making the client eligible for an incentive equal to about half of the construction contract!
